Criminal Background Check
As part of our risk management process it is mandatory that all Westfort Hockey Association volunteers complete a criminal background check.
Print out the letter below and take to the Thunder Bay Police Station. It will allow you to have the check done for discounted fee or free.

As a tribute to our to our Westfort colleague, Chris Ziegler, Westfort Rangers teams will begin wearing the letter "Z" in black on our jerseys for the next few weeks,all jerseys home and away should have this on the left front chest.The "Z", of course, stands for Ziegler and the colour black represents the loss of a tremendous person, father, husband and volunteer. We would also like to bring awareness to the devestating effects Melanoma can have on our lives, and the colour Black represents Melanoma in Cancer Rainbow of Hope.
