Coaches, below is a sample request letter (in both Word and Rich Text Format), which you may modify and provide to your parents so they can obtain individual player sponsorships.  If you use this template, be sure to add all the required information, such as the date of the letter, your team name, the amount of the sponsorship, and contact information.  Although we strongly encourage you to use the Team page provided to you on this website (upon which you may include a list of your final sponsors), if you chose not to use your Team page, please remove any references in the letter to advertising on the website, so that your sponsors are not mislead as to the advertising they will receive.
